Some helpful information.
Every Spirit Berry piece is custom-made and sent via USPS Ground Advantage. Your order should arrive within 3 weeks, depending on order volume. Tracking is provided for every order and Spirit Berry will be in touch if there is a delay for any reason.
We currently do not accept orders outside of the U.S.

Local pickup saves packaging fees as well as the newly enforced small parcel tariff duty that is charged for every item shipped from USVI territories to the mainland U.S. Spirit Berry happily passes these savings along to local customers.

Local Pickup Discount
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days to exchange it for another item or return it for store credit. Item(s) must be in original condition and packaging with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. New items will be shipped, or store credit will be issued, once your return is received.
